Our mediation team advise clients in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which encompasses Arbitration and Mediation.

We advise clients whether it is appropriate to mediate, the practicalities of the mediation process and the issues which may arise.

Whilst this discipline is still in its infancy in Northern Ireland we welcome its growth and its potential to benefit our clients particularly in relation to resolution of commercial disputes.
