Claire joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2005 after graduating from Queen’s University Belfast and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in October 2007 when she was appointed as a Solicitor in our Private Client and Family Law departments. Claire is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland Children Order Panel and is also an Advanced Solicitor Advocate.
In our Private Client department Claire has experience in a range of areas, specialising in residential conveyancing, wills and probate as well as Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership applications, including being appointed by the Office of Care & Protection to assist in safeguarding individuals and their assets. She also deals with all aspects of separation and divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation issues, domestic violence proceedings and Children Order matters including contact and residence cases in our Family Law department .
