OWEN FEARON
Solicitor

Owen graduated from Ulster University in 2015 with First Class Honours. He completed his training contract with us and graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's University Belfast in 2017 with Commendation, as well as being awarded the Elliott Duffy Garrett award for Company Law.

 

He joined the Corporate team of a leading global commercial law firm where he worked for 2 years advising large multinational clients on a broad spectrum of high value corporate M&A, private equity and corporate restructuring transactions. From there, he joined the Corporate team of Northern Ireland's largest independent commercial firm where he worked for a further 2 years advising local and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactional matters, as well as providing general legal advice on a wide range of issues (including Brexit and COVID) for various Northern Irish public bodies.

Owen re-joined Macaulay & Ritchie in 2021. He works in our City Centre office and works across a number of sectors including defence litigation, our specialist transport regulatory offering, and he continues to provide advice on corporate and commercial matters.

 

Owen is qualified to act in Northern Ireland, England and Wales.
